One thing I’ve learned is to eat simply.
Whole foods are best!
My favourites are:
🌟 Eggs
🌟 Steak
🌟 Sardines
I can make a meal out of one ingredient.
Make sure to get 30+ grams of protein per meal (if you eat three meals).
Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of ‘ideal’ body weight per day.
No snacking and low-carb are best for controlling insulin.
