They say it takes 21 days to make a habit become a routine.
Are you drinking daily 64 ounces minimum of water a day? If you drink caffeinated products, then you’re suppose to add the same amount of water back in your body.
Who’s up for a 21-day water challenge? Look up what is your daily required water intake.
If you have any kidney issues or are under doctors care, then follow their advice on your body’s health needs.
