Most people are still building websites…
Built something different. 👉 https://youtu.be/hBgxtN4hI40 An AI worker that lives on your website and actually does the work: talks to users understands context captures intent improves over time Not a chatbot. Not a static page. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This shift is happening now: Websites → AI workers Clicking → Conversing Browsing → Getting things done ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Best part? Minutes to deploy — not weeks. So now: solo builders can compete with teams small businesses can automate front desk + sales your site becomes an active system, not a brochure ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’m building this with Zulu Launchpad and testing it live. Curious 👇 If you had an AI worker today… what’s the first job you’d give it? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🚀 CTA: Join tomorrow’s Builder Session → get access to Zulu Launchpad Use it. Land clients. Charge ~$100/mo per site. #AIagents #AIautomation #NoCode #StartupTools #EdgeAI #Web3

Quick update for the Lab.
Recently someone reached out and offered to buy the AI + Automation Lab. I took it as a compliment — it means what we’re building here has real value. But the answer was no. The Lab was never meant to be flipped or turned into another subscription funnel. The goal has always been to build a place where people can learn, experiment, and ship real AI systems together. That’s also why the community will remain free forever. The only cost of admission is participation. What I’m more excited about right now is what we demoed on the Builder call today: ZULU Launchpad. Launchpad is the tool we’re building to help members here modernize websites with agentic AI. Instead of just learning about automation, you’ll be able to actually deploy AI workers for businesses — answering questions, guiding customers, and automating operations. My hope is that many of you use this to start your own AI implementation services and make real money helping businesses adopt AI. So the Lab isn’t just a community. It’s becoming a builder network for deploying agentic systems in the real world. We’ll keep building this in public and shipping together. More demos of ZULU Launchpad coming soon. Let’s get to work.
Quick update for the Lab.
HeyGen Ambassador
Good morning beautiful people!! I was recently named an Ambassador for HeyGen. If you have not heard of this company, it is a video studio powered by their proprietary AI which generates and allows you to edit video content. I am working on hosting a free virtual demo. Please let me know if anyone here would be interested in attending! :)
Who are you building with?
- 8 weeks in SF, no cost or equity to participate - If two people meet through Catalyst and incorporate together, each grants Outcast 1% at incorporation, and Outcast's standard first check is $250K for 5% on a post-money SAFE plus $250K on an uncapped MFN SAFE - Applications close Sunday, August 2 at 11:59pm PT - They can reply to me directly or reach out through https://go.boardy.ai/catalyst if they want help shaping their application
I made a pledge this week. Here's the full story.
Fam, some of you saw my LinkedIn post blow up this week. The pledge: every product I build or work with exists to enable humans, not replace them. I just published the full essay on my new Substack, and I wrote it with builders like you in mind. The part you'll care about most: I turned Zulu on my own job search. Dropped a screenshot of a job posting into the chat, had the agent map the actual people on the hiring team in my area, got an honest fit score (high seventies, no flattery, the system is built not to lie), and went straight to human-to-human outreach instead of throwing another application into the abyss. That experience changed how I think about what we're all building. The play isn't "automate the human away." It's a personalized agent that knows your context and does the research so YOU can do the connecting. Read it here: https://open.substack.com/pub/zuluai/p/the-pledge-building-ai-that-enables?r=6jrtcg&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=web Then come back and tell me: what's one workflow in your business were AI should do the prep work but a human should stay on the front line? I'll go through the comments and share how I'd architect a few of them.
