Posting frequency this week only: M/T/W/Thur/Fri Posting frequency moving forward: Monday, Wednesday, Friday which is my already established rhythm, however, it can go everyday, if necessary My 3 content pillars: 1. The Nervous System: What happens in the body before the conversation 2. Capacity: The ability to stay present, regulated, and responsive 3. One Person Can Start: Relational change doesn't require two people to be ready simultaneously My three go-to hooks: 1. "Most relationship advice starts at the wrong moment." 2. "Nobody talks about what happens in the body before the argument starts." 3. "The most dangerous place a relationship can land isn't conflict. It's comfortable distance."
