Day 4: Laura’s origin story

After 35+ years of process and project management, and 4 years of trying to build my online business organically, I realized that visibility works best when it is structured.

Most people focus on posting more, doing more, and hoping attention turns into growth.

I focus on creating Accelerator Events and participation systems that help people get seen, build momentum, and create real movement.

That shift changes everything for Skool owners who want growth that feels active, visible, and repeatable.

Skooler Spotlight came from that belief.

I have seen that good people with valuable communities still need the right structure for visibility to compound. Activity on its own is rarely enough. What creates momentum is a system that gives people a reason to participate, return, and be seen.

That is the part I care about building.
