How do you manage an editing team
Hey, Currently I have 3 amazing editors and I'm going to be hiring 7 more editors for short form content as I want to scale my social media to 100 shorts/reels per day.
Is there any advice on the best way to manage a team of 5 or more editors. Currently using Frame.io, me overseeing all edits, a VA who posts on buffer.com, and a Whatsapp group to organize. What do you recommend or what am I possibly missing?
