Hi everyone! I am writing to tell you that I have not forgotten about you :) I see many of you here are active even up to a few hours ago. That is awesome! I have done a lot of internal debate on what the next video series should be about. I have decided that Triads are the next thing to learn! I am planning out the videos and seeing what woks best for order, hopefully I get something together in the next few weeks. Kickstarter is on hold because I am working through the packaging and tray design for the bins. User experience is so important to me that I test every change I make for weeks before I decide. Of course the tariffs are also causing me a lot of headache but lets not get political! I will figure it out. Don't forget to send me a message when you are doing the first course and send a photo of your guitar into the chat... then if you live in the US I will ship you a free Circle of Fifths Dial through Amazon! Don't be a stranger, come say hi ask questions post a video. When I am finally done the fretboard escalator desgin with boxing and all other aspects I will be able to put more effort into the lessons. Hope you are all doing well. Also if you are on Tiktok or YT you can find me there but you have to watch ads :( head on over to www.musiclabs.ca for more information. Take care! Steve
Welcome to the Musiclab! I am in the process of building the SKOOL right now... While I setup the SKOOL I would love to hear how you found this SKOOL? Also introduce yourself and post a photo of your Guitar!
I tried to put myself out there today, it was lots of fun and met some great people. It was a Canada Day celebration so Canadian songs only and this was one of the ones I played. Recorded in a cafe called Congress Cofffe, amazing cappuccino there! Maybe step one could be to post a photo of your guitar? Or a video of your playing in this SKOOL community. I have never seen a video of me playing before so I think I will learn a lot from this video. Looking forward to seeing some July 4 videos from our American friends to the South of me.
Happy Canada Day all! What are your guitar plans for today? Even just a few minutes working on some chord transitions or scales then play your favorite Canadian song will go a long way! Me I am hoping to go to an open mic if time allows. Hope everyone is well.
