I want to show you how I’m actually building my new Skool community (Claude Coworker Lab) right now.
Not perfectly. Not all at once.
Just… one simple step at a time.

Here’s the flow:
I record a quick screen share using Skooly
I post it in the community as a lesson
Then I take that same video and drop it into the classroom
That’s it.
No overthinking. No waiting until everything is “ready.”
Build → post → organize.
What I love about building like this:
It keeps me in action
It keeps things simple
And it builds a clean system as I go
Each post becomes a piece of the course over time.
This is what I mean when I say build with me.
You don’t need a perfect setup.
You need a simple system you’ll actually use.
