Hey everyone! A little bit about myself. I am starting my journey to my first multi family deal TONIGHT! I am very excited and determined to make this happen. I am in Washington, although I don't know if i will Invest in this state yet. I am currently in sales, and plan to look for deals in most all my downtime that I can.
