Introduction, welcome.
Hello everyone! My name is Lamar and I'm based in New Orleans, Louisiana but will be moving to my house in Central Florida soon. I would like to be able to underwrite apartment buildings. I want to be able to find good cash flowing apartments to present to qualified investors. From there, I want to invest into my own apartment building and created generational wealth for my family. I'm looking for a team to help me grow as an investor.
