Calfkicks in Muay Thai
Been using Calfkicks for little while now but keep injuring my inner shin because of them. Dont know if i should keep doing them considering theyre not that widely used in muay thai but theyre very effective to keep range.

Boxing’s overrated
Hands just aren’t built for striking, but for grappling. Even though you’re wearing gloves and hand wraps, your wrists are still prone to injury. It's efficient, but when you win a fight your out of commission for weeks. Muay Thai It's better for street fighting, It's got takedowns, close quarters striking with clinch elbows and knees. And you won't break your elbows or knees when cracking someone's ribs or face The way boxing is glorified by society, highest-paid sport, feels almost like a conspiracy. It's like people are encouraged to destroy their body for fame and money. Kickboxing is way safer than boxing wrt CTE and reducing hits to the head because the fight ends faster. The last thing I hate about boxing is fat coaches. Almost every boxing coach is obese because they Blew their back out, knees, and hands by the time they hit 30. When I see a fat coach, They're only gonna teach others how to blow their back out lol. Unlike in kickboxing where the coaches are still shredded like Senchai, every boxing coach is a couch potato.

🔥 BUMPS IN THE ROAD DON’T STOP WARRIORS! 🔥 No road to success is smooth. You will face setbacks, complications, and moments that test your willpower. Things won’t always go as planned, but guess what? THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU STOP. 💥 You miss a workout? Get back on track tomorrow. 💥 You get injured? Find a way to train around it. 💥 Life throws obstacles at you? Adjust, adapt, and keep pushing. Because the difference between those who succeed and those who don’t is simple—THE ONES WHO SUCCEED NEVER STOP MOVING FORWARD. “A river cuts through rock not because of its power, but because of its persistence.” – James N. Watkins 🔥 It’s easy to stay on track when everything is going smoothly. But real warriors? We fight through the storms. We don’t let a few bumps in the road make us turn back. We know that as long as we keep moving, no matter how slow, we are STILL making progress. “Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.” – Bruce Lee You’re going to have days where doubt creeps in. Where things feel unfair. Where frustration makes you want to quit. But I promise you—EVERY SUCCESSFUL PERSON HAS FELT THE SAME WAY. The difference is, they kept going. 💥 Champions are built in the moments where most people give up. 💥 Success is waiting on the other side of your struggles. 💥 The journey isn’t easy, but the reward is worth every ounce of effort. “Tough times never last, but tough people do.” – Robert H. Schuller Whatever is standing in your way this week—push through it. No excuses. No looking back. Just step forward, no matter how small the step is. You’re not alone. This community stands with you. We are ALL fighting through obstacles to become the best version of ourselves. 🔥 So keep moving. Keep growing. Keep fighting. Because nothing—NO BUMP IN THE ROAD—is going to stop a warrior. 🔥 🥊💪 LET’S GO!! 💪🥊
