Hey everyone! I’ve noticed a lot of people think tech repair is "too complex" or requires a PhD in engineering. The truth? Most common issues—like battery drains or cracked screens—follow a very specific, repeatable process. I just put together the new curriculum for Mr Fix Academy in Burke, VA, and I wanted to share the 3 stages we use to take someone from "clueless" to "technician": 1. The Safety Foundation: Understanding static discharge and safe disassembly (especially for the kids!). 2. The Diagnostic Mindset: Using basic tools to identify the real problem before opening the device. 3.
