Today I caught myself telling my daughter “not to spill her food on your shirt while she ate.” And guess what happened?
You guessed it. She spilled on her shirt. Instantly, I reacted. I told her, “How could you do that?! I just told you not to do it!” And then, I was reminded of this video and my own advice I share to my students in MPGA.
