One week in and loving it! I don’t think people realize the value Fraser is providing - a physical therapy session is $150+ for a few exercises, a personal trainer is $50-$100 for an hour. Sure, they’re in person, but the comprehensive nature of the Modern Body Fix program is such a great value for $39 per month.

Even though I'm relatively new to Modern Body Fix, I recommend this program. What I really like about Frasers approach is that it actually aims to fix imbalances in your structure before you start building muscles. Not only that, but focus is on mobility and flexibility. What I also like is that it's personally tailored to your specific needs. You got through a personal assessment via video where he designs a workout plan to your specific needs.

Training strength through full range of motion? I didn't know that this was what my body was missing!! Before MBF my I thought I had good body awareness and after MBF I'm a humbled man, there's always more to learn. MBF taught me to move differently in my day to day, with awareness and presence 10/10 would recommend it to EVERY 'body'.

I am really enjoying Body Fix. The mobility exercises are easy to follow and I have certainly learnt more about mobility and am already seeing the benefits of adding these exercises to my routine. I like the fact that I can proceed at my own pace and that I am part of an online community of like minded people. It is also useful to have Fraser on hand with help and advice.

The skill development is very well structured and easy to follow. I noticed improvements in my posture quite quickly, which has been very encouraging. I particularly like that the program allows you to progress through the skills at your own pace. I am developping a better understanding of my weak areas. I like that I can build a solid foundation before increasing intensity in my other fitness goals. It is about injury protection for me.
