Misalignment in Leadership
You can have a title and still be out of purpose.
Misalignment shows up as:
💎 Overworking without results
💎 Leading people you’re not assigned to lead
💎 Building things you’re not meant to sustain
Purpose in leadership is about assignment, not just ability.
Just because you can do something doesn’t mean it’s yours to carry.
Evaluate:
💎 What am I leading that I was never assigned to?
💎 Where am I forcing leadership instead of functioning in it?
