As some of you know, I’m pregnant with baby #2. 💛
It’s got me wondering… would anyone actually be interested in a little series where I document my riding (or not riding!) throughout pregnancy?
Not as advice, because every pregnancy is different and everyone’s circumstances are different. Listening to your own body (and your healthcare team) always comes first.
More as a real-life journal of:
• When I decided to stop riding
• How my confidence changed (or didn’t)
• Comfort, gear, and bike fit
• The emotions that come with taking a break
• Getting back on the bike after baby
I feel like it’s a topic that isn’t talked about much, but I also don’t know if there’s actually any interest in it.
