Uncertain times, personal problems and everyday stressors all impose particular anxieties upon us. We know life will always throw ups and downs our way, but I believe through a resilient mindset and positive self-esteem; we can battle through every turn. Creating a positive mindset is the first building block, utilizing emotional control of our thoughts and feelings. Self-compassion is the next building block which ramps up our ability to take on stressors and setbacks. Finally, staying emotionally grounded throughout the day to day grind will allow us to remain confidently in control.
