Spiritual Wisdom
The only person with full control over your life is you. Make sure to use that power to make yourself happy, even if it is scary to start. You are not failing by stepping away from something that is harmful to you. You are succeeding at taking care of yourself. ✝️ At some point, fear shifted to quiet assurance. And somehow His presence was enough, in spite of my fear. (Suzanne Eller, Author)

Staying Focused
September is here and Fall weather is truly around the corner. I love football >of course, the Minnesota Vikings are my favorite. And just maybe this will be our year. SKOL On another note, I want to talk about staying focused on priorities in your life. Whether it be a spiritual journey you are on, working harder on your physical fitness goals or just tweaking some of your personal bad habits; YOU GOT THIS!! Staying true to your gains and losses, you can start over, you can have a bad day, a bad week or even a slow month, the trick is to rewind and move that trajectory forward. You have not come this far in life to just maintain. Push yourself harder and thank me tomorrow. Blessings my friends.

Mid-Week Vibes
As we are nearing the end of August and our summer comes to a close, may we all be grateful for the beautiful moments spent with family and friends over the last few summer months. Soon the leaves will be falling again and yet another glorious season upon us. “When we enter the present moment deeply, our regrets and sorrows disappear, and we discover life with all its wonders.” Thich Nhat Hanh

Sunday Motivation
Being vulnerable is a powerful cultivator of motivation and allows you to move past those perceived failures. Sharing moments of vulnerability can also build deeper connections with loved ones. I began my Sunday by going to church today, followed by an intense workout at the YMCA gym that I attend on a regular basis. Honestly, the physical conditioning whether it be a yoga class, the elliptical or just walking the track can be truly uplifting. Persistence and routine really do pay off if you hold yourself accountable. I will end my post today with three of my favorite bible verses. 😇 For with God, nothing shall be impossible. Luke 1:37 😇 Be still and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10 😇 I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6
Get Out There
“Where, You Ask ?” ANYWHERE. Nature, the outdoors is calling for you to explore. Make it a day trip, an hour walk, call a friend to go for a walk. It really doesn’t matter what you do, but you need to connect with people and nature. It will soothe your soul. I promise ..! 🤟🏼
