Introduction
Hi everyone I am in salt lake city, Utah. Before you ask, yes I have horns and tail that stays with me 🤣🤣. Looking to close a deal in 2026 plus more. I am part a Subto group. So I know investors, bird dogs, wholesalers, brokers, TC and anything else I haven't labeled that you know of. Last year I did mostly bird dogging and wholesaling with only 2 deals that fell through.
I am transitioning to partner with someone local. To do flip n fixes, foreclosures and distressed properties.
