Each month, we gather for Heart Share calls to witness one another’s grief, celebrate our children, and talk about the real challenges of daily parenting. We also meet for Healing Circles, where we use Somatic-inspired practices that work with your body’s natural wisdom, gently release the heaviness, and open space for peace. Along the way, you’ll find encouragement and practical ideas for rhythms, routines, cooking, cleaning, self-care, and nurturing your littles with love.
Here, your grief, your child, and your motherhood all have a home.
