Anger
Anger is one of the most felt emotions of grief. It’s often the one emotion that is felt first by most. It is ok to feel anger when you lose a loved one and it can come at different times. In my personal experience I did feel anger at some of my family members who prevented me from doing what I need to in my child life from an early age. It is something you have to allow to happen and deal with. Once you deal with the anger the healing from that can start to begin.
