Wounded men are like rolling stones — they never settle, and they gather no moss. Moss on
the Stone is built for the man who stops running long enough to heal, and to build a real, full
life on a foundation of stone.
I coach men recovering from serious personality disruption, many finishing DBT — men with
the skills but not yet a stable life built on them. Coaching follows Maslow’s hierarchy:
Self-Determination Theory (autonomy, competence, relatedness) builds real Safety; and our
own Wellness/Abundance/Connection framework continues that work by building a strong sense of self-Love & Belonging — ground most of these men never had. Esteem and self-actualization follow.
I also present research-grounded CE/CLE sessions for lawyers and clinicians on the
developmental origins of abusive behavior — same rigor, aimed at the professionals around
this work.
