🌙 Moon-Soothing Monday Ritual 🌙
You’ll Need:
- A small bowl of water (moon or spring water is ideal)
- Lavender, chamomile, or rosemary (herb or essential oil)
- A white, blue, or lavender candle
- A small stone or crystal (amethyst, moonstone, or clear quartz)
Step-by-Step Ritual:
1. Set Up:
Find a quiet spot. Place the bowl of water, candle, and stone in front of you. Add a sprig of the calming herb (or a drop of oil) to the water.
2. Light Your Candle:
As you light the candle, say:
“May calm surround me, peace grow within me,
And stress gently fade as tranquility begins.”
3. Hand in Water:
Gently place your fingertips in the bowl. Feel the cool water absorbing your anxiety and tension.
4. Deep Breaths:
Close your eyes. Breathe in for a count of four, hold for four, exhale for four. Repeat slowly seven times, imagining the swirling energy of the moon washing stress from your body.
