I did not start this journey looking for compounds.
I started this journey looking for an alternative after being told multiple times I needed a partial knee replacement.
The orthopedic route was gel shots, cortisone shots — none of it brought any real benefit or relief, let alone solved anything.
So, I went looking for my own answers. That led me into things like exosomes and stem cells. I actually went down that path — and it helped — but it still felt like something was missing.
So, I kept digging. I found peptides and bioregulators. That turned into research through forums, YouTube, and endless hours of content.
I started out focused on things like BPC-157 and the Wolverine stack.
That was all she wrote — I was well on my way down the rabbit hole before I even realized it. At first it felt like I was finding answers, but the more I looked the more I realized there wasn’t really any structure to it. A lot of information, but not much around how it all actually comes together. You start seeing the same things over and over, just explained differently each time. And at some point you realize you’re piecing it together on your own.
The “when to use” part was so generic — and in some cases, depending on who you were reading or listening to, even contradictory. You’d hear things like fasted, or pre/post cardio, but never really timing. Especially once you start layering multiple compounds. Next thing you know, you’re taking 4 or 5 subq injections in the morning, fasted, all at the same time.
That’s really what led me to this space — the Apprentice to Architect mentality.
Through shared experience, real-world application, and feedback from others, it becomes easier to see how things can be put together… and what actually may make sense for you personally. Curious how you stumbled into that rabbit hole.
What led you into the peptide space? What did you find… and when (or if) did it start to make sense?
Please feel free to share your experiences.
