Memorial Day weekend is just around the corner… which for a lot of people unofficially marks the beginning of “summer mode.”
Still does for me.
My thoughts drift more toward: long weekends, sand between my toes, extended days where it stays light until 8–9 p.m., beach barbecues, and of course vacation planning. That “use ’em or lose ’em” vacation time mindset. 😂
Funny enough, every year around this time you can almost feel people mentally start transitioning into a different rhythm.
For me personally, workout consistency definitely becomes harder once summer hits.
I’m definitely in the “loosen things up a bit once summer rolls around” camp.
Can't wait for Summer...
