Stand still and take a few slow, intentional breaths. Try to keep this breath as you move through this. Use the breath to clear your space.

Visualize roots extending down from your soles, anchoring you deep into the ground.
As you say aloud or in your mind
“I am grounded, I am stable, and I am supported by the Earth beneath me.”
💫 2. Time to Cleanse
Sweep your hands over your body from head to toe, as if brushing away stagnant, heavy energy.
Visualize any lingering energy leaving your energetic field.
Speak anything you desire to detach from you.
💫 3. Create a Seal
Visualize a soft golden or white light forming around you like a shield.
See it glowing, like a electric pulse infusing with your own energy signature.
Affirm the kind of day you will have. The type of people you will encounter. The direction it will go in.
Take your and sweep the energy over you, as if sealing you off. You can imagine that same golden light leaving your palms.
Do this every morning. Should take 5 mins and as you build your stamina energy up you can hold it for 10, 15 or 20 mins.
