Steinbrook Call 5/5/25 Notes / Homework
Homework - Ask yourself and answer truly, WHY AM I DOING WHAT I AM DOING? Everyone is so focused on “bigger better” “I’ll be happy when I reach the point” and lose gratitude of where they are at — Goals will keep moving forward but don’t lose sight of happiness, gratitude and loving the people around you unconditionally Live life with Purpose!! Bob Marley - Money and possessions don’t make you rich, richness is in my heart, richness is life

Homework - Writing a letter to your future self
Stolen from Chase GPT Writing a letter to your future self is a great way to reflect, set goals, and capture your current thoughts and feelings. Here's a simple structure you can follow: 1. Start with a greeting: "Dear Future Me," or "Hello [Your Name] in [Year]," 2. Set the scene: Briefly describe your current situation: your age, where you are in life, what's happening around you. 3. Talk about your feelings and thoughts: What are your biggest dreams, fears, challenges, or hopes right now? What makes you happy or stressed? 4. Share your goals and aspirations: What do you hope you will have achieved by the time you read this letter? Where do you hope to live, work, or what kind of person you want to become? 5. Ask questions: Ask your future self about life: "Did you achieve [goal]?" or "Are you still friends with [person]?" 6. Offer encouragement: Send love and motivation to your future self. Remind yourself to stay strong, positive, and true to your values. 7. Closing: End with a hopeful message or a promise to yourself. Sign it with today’s date and your name.
