Set a timer for ten minutes and choose one tiny space.
A drawer. Your handbag. The car. A kitchen shelf.
Ask yourself:
Do I use it?
Do I love it?
Would someone else benefit from it?
That’s it.
Small actions like this help create calmer spaces — and calmer spaces help us sleep better, think clearer and stay consistent with our health habits.
