As Black Women in America we are constantly expected to show up under any circumstance and perform well. No days off ! Our brains overused , hearts overwhelmed and tired as hell. The hustle culture has taught us to rest when we are dead, wrong approach to life. We are too valuable to allow our source to be depleted. I challenge you today to find one thing that brings you joy that allows you time for YOU. Take a walk with a friend in silence , read that favorite chapter in your favorite book again. Sit on a bench and people watch, listen to your favorite song. Whatever you do show up for yourself, we cannot continue to stretch without rest points along the way. I love you Woman ! Coco
