So consistent exercise is the goal for me to maintain my heart health. However, it’s hard with three kids. So i’ve been incorporating kids into my activities. We all exercise together. It’s been fun for me. I just do an over 50, 20 minute exercise video and figure as long as i’m dancing high energy i’m not worrying about missing a rep or two to keep the kids by my side. I actually feel different and this simple small step is giving me confidence to continue. Hope y’all are doing good. Enjoy the weekend!
