How to Get Back on Track When You’ve Lost Momentum
Lads,
Here’s the truth:
You’re not always going to feel motivated.
And if you’ve been waiting for motivation to magically show up before you start moving again, you’re already weeks behind.
Momentum isn’t a feeling, it’s built through action, no matter how small.
Here’s a 3-step reset you can use today to get back in the game:
1. Win the next 60 minutes.
Don’t think about the whole day. Don’t plan the whole week.
Just ask: “What’s one thing I can complete in the next hour that moves me forward?”
Do that.
2. Touch your non-negotiables.
Even if it’s small. If training is a non-negotiable, do 10 push-ups.
If building your business is a non-negotiable, send 3 DMs.
Shrinking the task keeps the habit alive, and habits keep you moving.
3. Anchor it with a ritual.
After you take action, do something that signals “I’m back.”
Could be a cold shower, journaling a win, or messaging a brother in here.
Rituals lock in the shift.
The longer you sit still, the heavier you feel.
The moment you move, no matter how small, you start to remember who you are.
If you’re feeling stuck, post below: What’s your ONE action for the next 60 minutes?
Then do it.
No waiting.
No thinking.
Just move.
