In this community I would love help ladies to get their mobility back, every day for a couple of seconds, this is not exercises but a lifestyle compounding little bit little bit every day. I have a 30 day step by step program to practice every day to set your path on doing seconds of deep sitting. Then after 30 days we start with hanging, crawling and carry a grandchild in the one arm and heavy packets in the other. It is all around your pace and your capabilities. We relearn what western culture has taken away from us, our ancestors has never sitted for 10 -12 hours per day. Our ancestors were deep sitting when they resting, socialising, prepare food, going to the toilet. If you don't move you loose that range of movement. This is a save space where we do a little bit every day.
