Hi everyone, I’m Alejandro Matias, your coach and guide here inside Mobility Training. Whether you're here to move better, heal old injuries, unlock flexibility, or feel stronger in your own body, you're in the right place. This community is focused on: - Building strength and control through full ranges of motion - Relearning natural positions like the deep squat, floor sitting, and hanging - Sharing tools for long-term health, pain relief, and functional freedom - Supporting each other with feedback, motivation, and consistency A little about me: I recovered from a serious back injury through mobility training, movement exploration, and years of studying anatomy, yoga, martial arts, and strength. Everything I teach comes from personal experience and science-based principles.
