Elephant Capital Partners is looking for a Director of Growth & Acquisitions to help us source acquisition opportunities, build relationships, and support the growth of our investment platform. 📈

This is not a passive analyst role. 🙅‍♂️

We are looking for someone who is:

• Interested in acquisitions, investing, business ownership, and real estate 📊

The role will involve:

• Building relationships with owners and brokers

• Sourcing mobile home community opportunities

• Sourcing business acquisition opportunities

• Managing deal flow and pipeline activity

• Supporting acquisitions and growth initiatives 🤝

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside an entrepreneur, investor, and business owner while gaining real-world experience in acquisitions, investing, negotiation, relationship building, and business ownership. 💯

St. Louis area preferred.
