Mobile Filmmaker Club is something I’m building to become the go-to resource for smartphone filmmaking. Right now it’s still small — actually, you’ll be one of the very first members — but the vision is clear: a place with step-by-step tutorials, gear recommendations, app guides, and simple explanations of camera settings. On top of that, a real community where people can ask questions, share projects, and learn together.
Smartphones aren’t just for casual video anymore. iPhones are already being used in real cinema productions with Apple Log, and on Android, advanced apps even allow formats like CinemaDNG. The gap between mobile and traditional cameras is shrinking fast. Sensors are improving, accessories are reaching cinema quality, and the tech gets better every year.
If you’re just starting or already have some experience, I’d love for you to join early and help shape this into something valuable. It’s free to join, and you’ll be part of the journey from day one.
