recent bloodwork and biomarkers highlight multiple red flags like
elevated Homocysteine,
defficient Vitamin D
ESR and TSH levels.
my conversations with Mr Tushar made me realise that our science backed research and actions somewhat align towards the same goal of a healthier life. hence I believe he is the right person to listen to and the testimonials I saw look promising enough.
