Boxing headgear
Hey everybody, hope everything is going well for you !
I recently bought my first ever boxing headgear, precisely this one. I'm preparing for a boxing smoker in which I will be forced to wear headgear, that's why I bought it to get used to it before. I bought it to a friend who told me it was supposed to be a one-size-fits-all. However, when I tried it in sparring, it never stopped moving on my head as if it was too big, even the weakest punch made it spin on my head or cover my eyes.
It feels really awkward and the fact that it always move and I always have to put it back into place makes me wonder if it is really my size.
Do I not know how to put it properly on my head ? Is there different sizes for headgear (I've seen that this particular model has no sizes on the venum website) ? Is it supposed to spin like this ?
