How this works
📌 HOW THE FIRST 7 WORKS Brothers, As we’ve continued to grow, we wanted to create something that helps every man get connected, whether you’ve been here five days or five minutes. Introducing: The MMA4AM First 7. The First 7 isn’t homework. It’s not a challenge. It’s not something you have to complete perfectly. It’s simply seven conversations designed to help us get to know one another, identify where we want to grow, and begin building real brotherhood. Here’s how it works: ✅ Complete one day at a time. ✅ Answer honestly. There are no right or wrong answers. ✅ Share as much or as little as you’re comfortable sharing. ✅ Engage with other brothers along the way. You can complete one day each day, or if you’re feeling led, complete multiple days at your own pace. The goal isn’t to rush through it. The goal is to: - Discover who you are. - Identify who you’re trying to become. - Recognize where you need growth. - Build relationships with other men walking a similar path. Whether you’ve been here since Day 1 or just joined today, I encourage every brother to participate. Because brotherhood isn’t built by scrolling. It’s built by showing up. Grateful or broken.Victorious or struggling. We’ll still show up. Father, here we are. Let’s walk. 💪🙏

Welcome
Welcome to MMA4AM First, thank you for being here. Out of all the communities you could have joined, you chose to spend your time with us, and that means something. MMA4AM was born during a season of personal growth, discipline, and self-discovery. What started as a commitment to show up each day became a reminder that meaningful change happens one step, one choice, and one day at a time. Along the way, it became clear that growth is even more powerful when shared with others. This is more than a place to consume content. It’s a place to connect with people, share experiences, learn from one another, encourage each other, and build meaningful relationships. Some of us are working on our faith.
Some of us are working on our health.
Some of us are building businesses, strengthening our families, pursuing goals, or simply trying to become better than we were yesterday. No matter where you are in your journey, there is a place for you here. We believe everyone has something to teach and everyone has something to learn. Your story matters.
Your experiences matter.
Your victories matter. Even your struggles matter. Someone in this community may be encouraged simply because you chose to share your journey. So introduce yourself.
Join the conversations.
Ask questions.
Offer encouragement.
Build relationships. Most importantly, make yourself at home. We’re grateful you’re here, and we’re excited to grow alongside you. Grateful or broken.
Victorious or struggling.
We’ll still show up. Welcome to MMA4AM.

There is still work to be done
Today, I didn’t represent MMA4AM the way I should have. While playing basketball, I was getting fouled, grabbed, and frustrated—and I allowed my emotions to get the best of me. MMA4AM has been received extremely well at that gym, but today my actions didn’t reflect the discipline, character, and self-control that this community stands for. I’m not sharing this to beat myself up or make excuses. I’m sharing it because leadership requires honesty and accountability. We can build the brand, wear the shirts, encourage others, and speak about discipline—but we must also live it when our emotions are tested. Shoutout to OJ and Jeff for checking me and reminding me of what we’re building. That’s what real community looks like. Sometimes we need brothers around us who aren’t afraid to pull us back into alignment. Today showed me that there is still work to be done in me—and I’m committed to doing it. “Better a patient person than a warrior, one with self-control than one who takes a city.” — Proverbs 16:32 We don’t have to pretend we’ve arrived. We just have to remain accountable, keep growing, and get back in alignment.
