Quick July Update
Hey everyone, just a quick update for July. This month I’ll be taking a break from our usual monthly theme, but don’t worry – I’ll still be posting plenty of helpful content for you guys.
Also, exciting news: Coach Malachy will be visiting me early next week, so we’ll be filming a ton of awesome stuff for you.
And one more thing – we’re working on our first paid course, and I promise it will be unlike anything you’ve ever seen. This will be a true MMA course, focused on connecting the arts, with deep dives into takedown entries and transitional striking – how to flow seamlessly from strikes to takedowns and back again.
