💕💕 Tape transfer 💕💕
Hello lovely arty people, I hope you had a lovely weekend. Here’s a technique for you to try - tape transfer printing. It’s so easy! 🤪💕
Here’s the gist of it:
- Stick the tape on an image you like in a magazine or newspaper. Cut out the strip.
- Soak in water
- Rub off the paper
- Use it in mixed media
It’s awesome because it gives a lovely see through quality.
Have fun if you decide to have a go. I’ve done it a few times and it’s great fun. The images I’ve included aren’t my work, they’re from online, they show how great the technique can look. 🤩
