Welcome to the Mission Ready community. This is the first post in here, so I want to set the tone the right way. Mission Ready was not built to be another fitness program, challenge, or short-term reset. I built this because after 27 years in the fitness space, I kept seeing the same thing over and over again. People would start strong, get results, feel better, and then eventually drift right back into the same lifestyle, habits, stress patterns, food behaviors, and excuses that created the problem in the first place. That told me it was never just training, nutrition and discipline, but it’s the system people are living inside of every single day. Mission Ready is about rebuilding that system from the inside out. I'm going to address fundamental things people need to be focusing on to make better daily decisions that ultimately help shape who you are becoming. This is about learning how to operate differently, not just for a few weeks, but in the way you live, lead, work, train, eat, recover, and show up for the people around you. This community is here for support, accountability, questions, wins, struggles, and real conversation. Use it. Don’t sit on the sidelines. If you’re stuck, ask. If you’re winning, share it.
