I started working 1on1 with David about a month ago. This weekend I had my first important meet. To prepare I only did breathing techniques and visualization.
Long story short, I swam PB‘s in every race.
In my 100 breaststroke i dropped 4 seconds and in my 200 breaststroke 6 seconds. And all that with a new trainingssystem and different type of tapering, from the one I normally do.
I can highly recommend the mindgym pro and look forward to learn new things!!
