What We Do Here
- Identify fear-based beliefs
- Work with the nervous system (not against it)
- Build self-trust through small, real actions
- Try on new suits and practice walking around in them
- Find out what we're capable of doing and who we're capable of being, and boldly move in that direction
What You’ll Experience
- Short daily practices (15–20 mins)
- Space and support to integrate the old with the new
- The option of 1-1 or group coaching
