I'm Mercedes, your host. I hold an RHS Level 3 Distinction in Horticulture and I'm also a somatic practitioner — which basically means I'm equally passionate about what grows in the soil and what shifts in your nervous system when you slow down and pay attention to it.
I created this space because I believe gardening is more than a hobby. It's a path to feeling calmer, more present, and more connected — to nature and to yourself.
