When I first started learning marketing, someone told me: “Before you try to sell, understand who you’re talking to.” That’s what Primary Marketing really is, learning directly from real people.
Example: Asking a customer, “What made you trust us?” gives you more clarity than 10 hours of guessing.
How you implement it
– Ask simple questions– Listen to feedback– Use polls or short surveys– Pay attention to common problems people mention
Why it matters
Because if you understand your audience clearly, every other part of your marketing becomes easier, your content, your offers, your messaging, everything.
