Heard something that says mental and physical health outcomes were better even decades later for people who free wrote for 15 minutes or made art about something hard in their life! That sounds like a good deal to me! I'm a big journaler but haven't gone back and written about old things, going to make a little "hard things I've been through" collage and writing project this week...what ways have you played with writing or making art about hard stuff in your life?
