I didn't expect to love this as much as I did, I've previously experienced Mel Robbins as so hustle culture, but this was a wild experience to watch a mom own and apologize for how she showed up and for a daughter to be able to be blunt and open about the pain and disappointment of being her child and for them both to confront together the punishment that it is to all parties to try and make anyone have any sort of experience in relation to us and the sanity and liberation that comes with giving others back their autonomy, very much in the vein with Courage to be Disliked, really excited to hear this coming from the "mainstream"...and really looking forward to reading the book! A big thanks to
