Does anyone have and nervous system support tips/ tricks for dealing with full moon energy? Usually 2-3 days out my body feels like its on 500 pots of coffee/ often full insomnia until it passes. I don't track the moon but woke up this morning totally physically jacked even though I was emotionally calm (a state I call "banana panic") and looked up what the moon was up to - indeed a full moon incoming. I've tried exercise, general vagal toning, breathwork etc.
I wonder if it's just the "weather", ie if its raining you get wet til it stops raining. Or sensitivity to the external energies is a sign of an inflexible nervous system and eventually it won't be this intense? Orrrr...it's a superpower I could harness?!
