Sisters, go watch the replay — this one was strategy.
We broke down what inflation is really doing:Prices are rising every year — food, rent, gas, everything. Even when inflation “slows,” prices are still going up. That means your money is losing value if it’s just sitting.
Here’s the shift:👉 When you’re a renter, inflation works against you (rent goes up)👉 When you’re an owner, inflation can work for you (property values and rents rise)
Real estate is a hedge because:
- Rents increase with inflation → more cash flow
- Property values rise over time → more equity
- Fixed mortgages stay the same → your cost is controlled while everything else goes up
Translation:Owners get paid during inflation. Consumers get squeezed.
Assignment:
- Decide: Am I staying a consumer or becoming an owner?
- Identify ONE move toward real estate or asset ownership
- Take action this week — not next month
Declaration:I will not be crushed by inflation — I will position to benefit from it.
If it doesn’t align, it won’t consume my time.
