• Our responses
• Our boundaries
• Our effort
• Our consistency
Control keeps the mind busy.
Alignment keeps you steady.
When you release what is not yours to carry, you free your energy to focus on what actually creates change.
Your power is not in controlling everything.
Your power is in mastering yourself.
